At the Kurtz Center, we believe:

Learning is FUN!  Each person naturally wants to learn.  Learning becomes interrupted when people become discouraged.  Discouragement can happen for many reasons.  It is our responsibility to encourage our clients and create the atmosphere for cooperative learning.  Misbehaviors are mistaken beliefs about behavior. All humans have the ability to reach their potential.	We practice redirection of behaviors to encourage cooperation -not rewards or punishment.  The best learning comes from discovering the answers for yourself.  If we instruct appropriately, each client is guaranteed to discover what they have to learn. All humans deserve unconditional respect, support, encouragement, and love.
You, the parent(s), understand and agree to the following:
My child will be dressed in comfortable clothes that allow unrestricted movement and physical activity- My child will wear sneakers or other appropriate athletic shoes and socks  I will provide healthy snacks for my child each day.  My child will arrive and depart at the Center at the appropriate, scheduled time.  An adult will sign my child in and out each day.  There will be a charge for late pickups equal to the amount of minutes late x our regular hourly rate ($65.00/hr).	Payment is due prior to my child beginning Kamp Kurtz.  My account will be kept up to date. If it is not, my child will not be permitted to participate until the account becomes caught up. There will be a charge of $30.00 for each returned check.  I will provide the Center with all appropriate information about my child in writing:  Health information: allergies, medications,  conditions, restrictions, doctors' names & phone numbers, insurance policy name & policy number  Transportation: adults permitted to transport, restrictions

I agree to schedule my child at least two weeks prior to starting camp. 
I agree to pay the following amounts per child: 

Kamp Kurtz Half Day Sessions
_____	1/2 day rate per week	$250.00/wk (M-F)
_____	1/2 day rate per day	Morning $60.00 per session 8:30am-12:30pm
____		Afternoon $60.00 per session (I :30pm--5:30pm)
_____	$50.00 deposit per child which will enroll my child and be applied to the total bill.
Kamp Kurtz Full Day Sessions
_____	Full day rate per day	$100.00/day 8:30am-5:30pm
_____	Full Week	$400.00/wk (M-F) 8:30am-5 :30pm
_____	$50.00 deposit per child which will enroll my child and be applied to the total bill.
